Is it hard to find parking?

Parking is limited at Tybee Island Marina. For morning and early afternoon trips you will not have a problem finding a parking spot. For any late afternoon or evening trips with Bubba Gumbo’s is open you will want to give yourself some extra time to get parked.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip will be refunded. No refunds or changes are allowed within 48 hours of departure due to limited space. No-shows will be fully charged. This policy is firm and no exceptions are made, as most of our tours sell out.

What are the age requirements?

You must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license to operate our machines (Jet Ski, Pontoon Boats) Absolutely no exceptions.

Do we provide life jackets or storage for personal items while on a rental?

Yes, we supply them for all riders. We also have a secure space to store anything you’d like to leave at the dock while on your tour, it’s all free.

Is gratuity included in the price of the tour?

Gratuity for our crew is not included in the ticket price. If you had a great time and wish to recognize your guide/captain for a job well done, gratuities are split equally and always appreciated. Typical gratuity for the crew is 15-20%.

Do you provide lunch?

No, we don’t provide lunch, but Tybee Island Marina is home to Tybee’s #1 Restaurant Bubba Gumbo’s! It’s a “must do” with your Watersports trip!
